Association Staff
Ron Davis – Director of Missions
Ron is responsible for the overall direction of the Association. He also serves as Treasurer. He relates specifically to Leadership Development and Intentional Missional Training.
Joel Thrasher – Missions Strategy Team Leader
Joel oversees the work of the Missions Strategy Team and is responsible for most aspects of Missional Living.
Ruth Harrison – Church First Strategy Team Leader
Ruth is responsible for all events, training and materials related to Disciple Making.

Dan Messer – Hispanic Ministries Director
Dan is responsible for all aspects of Hispanic Ministries under the Missional Living category.
Wanda Bridwell – Missions Strategy Team Assistant
Wanda assists with all aspects of Missional Living.
Paige King – Office Manager/Finances
Paige is responsible for all printing, newsletters and mailing lists as well as managing finances.
Karen Lee – Ministry /Technology Assistant
Karen assists the Director of Missions and all teams as needed, manages the web site, orders all office supplies and is responsible for the Associational Calendar and Annual.
